Specimen Required
Draw blood in 2 plain red-top tubes. Centrifuge, separate and send 2.0 mL serum (1.0 mL minimum) refrigerated in a screw-capped plastic vial.

Alternate Specimen
Plasma: EDTA, citrate, and oxalate

Rejection Criteria
SST, lipemia, gross hemolysis
