Specimen Required
Patient preparation: Patient should not be on any Steroid, ACTH, gonadotropin or Estrogen medications, if possible, for at least 48 hours prior to collection.
Draw blood in a SST. Centrifuge, separate and send 3.0 mL serum (1.0 mL minimum) frozen in a screw-capped plastic vial.
