Specimen Required
Draw blood in a plain red-top tube. Centrifuge, separate and send 1.0 mL serum (0.5 mL minimum) refrigerated in a screw-capped plastic vial. Collect sample 11-17 hours after last dose.

Plasma: EDTA, heparin

Rejection Criteria
Gel barrier tubes; lipemic samples, citrated plasma, gross hemolysis
