Includes Arsenic, Lead, and Mercury

Specimen Required
Collect 24 hour urine in acid washed or metal free contianer. Mix well and send 7.0 mL urine (3.0 mL minimum) refrigerated in acid washed or metal free plastic screw-capped containers. Avoid worksite collection. Avoid seafood consumption for 48 hours prior to collection. Record total volume on specimen container and test requisition. Call lab for collection container. A completed heavy metal form must accompany sample.
