Useful for initial investigation of patients presenting at less than age 20 with a defect of neuromuscular transmission.

Specimen Required
Draw a SST. Centrifuge, separate and send 2.0 mL serum (0.7 mL minimum) refrigerated in a screw-capped plastic vial.
