PANORAMA PRENATAL TEST

Components
The Panorama test is a screening test for Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21), Edwards Syndrome (Trisomy 18), Patau Syndrome (Trisomy 13), Turner Syndrome (Monosomy X), Sex chromosome trisomies, Triple X syndrome (47, XXX), and 22q11.2 Deletion syndrome. Extended panel including 1p36 deletion syndrome, Angelman syndrome, Cri-du-chat syndrome, and Prader-Willi syndrome available upon request. Sex of fetus also available upon request.
Testing may be performed on patients 9 weeks gestation or later.

Specimen Required
Special kit required for blood collection. Please call lab for kit.

Rejection Criteria
Specimens received refrigerated or frozen.

Targeted Sequencing of cell-free DNA

Room Temperature: 7 days; Refrigerated: Unacceptable; Frozen: Unacceptable
