Specimen Required
Draw blood in a SST. Centrifuge, separate and send 0.5 mL (0.5 mL minimum) refrigerated in a screw-capped plastic vial.

<25.0 Units:   Negative:   No antibody detected  
25.0-29.9 Units:   Equivocal:   Repeat testing in 10-14 days may be helpful  
>=30.0 Units:   Positive:   IgG antibody to Rubeola detected which may indicate current or previous exposure/immunization to Rubeola.
