Specimen Required
Patient Preparation: Overnight fasting is preferred.
Draw blood in green sodium or lithium heparin tube. Centrifuge, separate and send 4.0 mL plasma (2.0 mL minimum) frozen in an amber screw-capped plastic vial. PROTECT FROM LIGHT.
