Specimen Information:

• Qualitative detection of drug present in the urine. 
• This test is for clinical use only and not intended for employment related testing.
• Positive screen results are considered presumptive results and are not confirmed. 
• Quantitative confirmation testing is available upon client request. Confirmation testing will be done at an additional charge.
• This panel is NOT designed to detect pain drugs including buprenorphine, fentanyl, meperidine, oxycodone, and tramadol. See the PN03A panel if these tests are required. 
• False negative results may occur if drugs are present below the tests limit of detection.
