The Information Systems (I.S.) team at Warde Medical Laboratory maybe reached from 7 am – 4:30 pm during the week for client support. The I.S. team is also on-call after normal business hours and during weekends for emergency troubleshooting and support. The team can be reached by calling 734-214-0300 or by emailing at aawdwardeintegrat@trinity-health.org. Test requests or Interface map requests can be emailed to the I.S. Team. Please note the team email will only be monitored during normal business hours.
