Public Health Reporting

State public health departments require performing laboratories to report test results which are communicable diseases or environmental or occupational hazards.  The list of required reportable tests may vary by state.  Warde Medical Laboratory monitors the required reportable tests for each state, and complies with reporting regulations.  Test results are reported in a timely manner and every effort is made to include patient demographics and any other information required by state agencies.
