Announcement

The update for which you searched was implemented before July 2026. The was/is format for test updates is not available for this search; however, the result of the search will show a description of the change. Was/Is comparisons of changes will appear only for updates effective July 2026 onwards.

The JAK2X update below is a CPT code modification to a test that went live on 1/6/26. However, we noticed that JAK2X has
not yet been built or activated by many of our users. Please refer to THIS WEBPAGE for information regarding the clinical
utility of this new reflex testing option for suspected myeloproliferative neoplasms.

Note that Warde will send another update mid-cycle, dedicated solely to test inactivations/replacements in the Flow
Cytometry department. The go-live date for flow cytometry test code changes will be 3/10/2026.
