Centrifuge, separate serum from cells and send 0.5 mL serum in a screw capped plastic vial. Please specify peak, trough or random level and order on separate requisitions. Collect trough just before next dose; 30 - 45 minutes after IV dose or 1 - 2 hours after IM dose for peak.
