Send 2.0 mL whole blood in original tube. Original tube must be sent FedEx Priority overnight to Viracor Eurofins. TESTING MUST BE PREARRANGED WITH WARDE MEDICAL LABORATORY. Warde lab will provide FedEx shipping labels and paperwork to accompany sample. Monday - Friday only.
