Testing requires a whole blood EDTA specimen from patient, a whole blood EDTA control specimen and 2 well-made peripheral blood smears (Wright stained or fixed in absolute methanol). Draw Monday - Thursday only. Specimens must be received at Warde Medical Lab the day of collection.
